Roman Zilbershtein is a pharmaceutical market access strategist, consultant, and entrepreneur with over 15 years of experience helping life sciences organizations navigate complex healthcare systems and bring innovative therapies to patients. 

His expertise spans Canadian and global market access, health technology assessment, pricing and reimbursement, payer strategy, advocacy, and product launches across a broad range of therapeutic areas, including rare diseases, oncology, immunology, neurology, ophthalmology, and endocrinology. Over his career, Roman has contributed to the successful launch and access strategies of numerous innovative therapies, working at the intersection of pharmaceutical strategy, healthcare policy, and evidence-based decision-making. 

Roman is the founder of HIVE Access Consulting, where he advises pharmaceutical and biotech organizations on strategic market access and commercialization challenges. He is also the co-founder of Rapid Access AI, an AI-native market access intelligence platform that transforms how teams scan, assess and anticipate regulatory, HTA, payer, and reimbursement decisions across Canada.
