Rebeccah Marsh

Dr. Rebeccah Marsh is Senior Director, Strategy, Innovation, and Outreach at the Institute of Health Economics (IHE). She leads enterprise strategy and planning, oversees IHE’s innovation portfolio, including the Health Technology Innovation Platform, and guides cross-organizational outreach and business development. 

 Working with governments, industry, healthcare providers, and patient partners, Rebeccah helps design and implement practical approaches to complex health system challenges. Her work focuses on supporting decision-making under uncertainty, advancing healthcare innovation, and developing practical approaches to value-based healthcare, including the development of a national playbook for outcomes-based agreements. 

 Rebeccah is known for her ability to navigate complex systems, align diverse interests, and translate evidence into action. Her career spans leadership roles in healthcare, public safety, and research. She holds a PhD in Physics, is a Credentialed Evaluator, and serves as an Adjunct Assistant Professor at the University of Alberta.
