Laurene Redding is Head, Value, Access & Pricing and Patient Services at Gilead Sciences Canada Inc., where she leads the market access, pricing, and government relations team.
Laurene brings nearly 30 years of pharmaceutical industry experience, with progressively senior roles focused on market access, government relations, health economics, and pricing across several innovative pharmaceutical companies. Before joining Gilead, she spent more than four years as Global Head of Value, Access, and Pricing at BeiGene, also known as BeOne, with responsibilities across 72 countries. Earlier, she was AVP, Pharmaceutical Benefits and Innovation, at Sun Life Financial. She has also led and contributed to industry initiatives, including serving as a primary industry representative on the Steering Committee for planned PMPRB legislative and regulatory changes.
Laurene holds an undergraduate degree in biology and pharmacology and a master’s degree in business administration from McMaster University in Hamilton, Ontario.
