Julia Shen

Julia Shen is a Senior Market Access Manager at AstraZeneca Canada, where she oversees market access strategy, pricing, and reimbursement for innovative oncology therapies. She brings experience across industry and consulting, with experience in pharmacoeconomics, payer engagement, and submissions to Canadian health technology assessment bodies across a wide range of therapeutic areas. She previously served as President of the Canadian Association for Population Therapeutics (CAPT-ACTP) in 2024 and remains actively involved in advancing dialogue across industry, government, academia, healthcare, and patient communities. Julia holds an MSc in Sustainability Management from the University of Toronto and a BSc (Honours) in Biochemistry from Queen’s University.
