Eric Lefrancois

Éric Lefrançois has over 30 years of experience in the pharma industry across different functions. He has joined Sanofi Canada in 2025 as the Head of Patient Support Services.  Prior to Sanofi, he served as Patient Access Director at Bristol Myers Squibb, where he built on his expertise in patient support programs. Éric is passionate about patient care, behavioral science and the digital solutions that can enhance the patient journey. 

Before joining Bristol Myers Squibb, Éric held roles at Merck, Novartis, Hospira and Avir Pharma, in different roles and responsibilities, including Marketing, Sales and Market Access.   His experience spawns across diverse therapeutic areas. Éric holds an MBA from École des Hautes Études Commerciales in Montreal and a Bachelor’s in Law from the Université de Montréal. 

Outside of work, Éric is a passionate cyclist and triathlete, a skier and loves to travel.
