Andrea Lau

Andrea Lau is a Principal within IQVIA Canada’s Market Access, Health Economics and Advisory Services team, bringing more than 15 years of experience in Canadian market access, health technology assessment, and reimbursement strategy. She leads multidisciplinary teams in developing evidence-based market access strategies that support funding and reimbursement objectives for pharmaceutical and life sciences organizations. Having worked across both HTA and consulting, including beginning her career as a clinical reviewer at Canada’s Drug Agency, Andrea brings a strong understanding of evidence requirements, payer expectations, and reimbursement decision-making in Canada.
