Sean is passionate about improving access to the delivery of healthcare for patients. He has led the growth of Bayshore Specialty Rx into one of Canada’s leading service providers of specialty healthcare and led the transformation to expanded data use for real world evidence generation (RWE) and health economic and outcomes-based research (HEOR).
As head of commercial operations, he oversees Bayshore’s extensive patient support programs (PSP’s), a national infusion clinic network and nursing services, advanced data & reporting, PV/QA, a preferred provider network (PPN) on behalf of Manulife, clinical trial support and digital innovation.
Prior to joining Bayshore, Sean provided leadership in a variety of senior roles in start-up organizations as well as big pharma including GSK and Roche. He brings agency experience with a track record of specialty drug launches in Canada and abroad and understands the market access landscape across Canada.
