Rosemarie Childerhose

Rosemarie (Rosie) Childerhose has over 20 years’ experience in the public and private sectors.

Rosie has had held senior roles in the Ontario Government at the Ministries of Health and Long-term Care, Citizenship with Responsibility for Seniors, Transportation, and Tourism.

With a focus on cross-functionality and collaboration, Rosie led the communications for the Ontario Ministry of Health’s Stewardship Transition, an initiative that began organizing Ministry of Health and Long-term Care divisions into cross-functional teams.

As the lead for Ontario at the trade association for innovative pharmaceuticals in Canada, IMC, Rosie developed partnerships with ministries with the shared goals of improving patient outcomes, supporting innovation, and the economy in the industry’s first Pharmaceutical Innovation Working Group with senior government staff at the Ministries of Finance, Health and Long Term Care, Health Promotion, and Innovation, Economic Development and Trade.

More recently, Rosie is the Director of Market Access & Government Affairs Bausch Health, Canada. In her role, she is focused on increasing access to evidence-based innovative medications for the patients who need them and improving patient outcomes while helping to sustain the healthcare system.

In her free time, Rosie can be found at ice rinks and sports facilities with her two active daughters.
