Mark is an accomplished and transformational leader with 25+ years’ experience in leading people, vision, and growth in the life sciences sector. His extensive career includes various senior leadership positions in pharmaceutical and medical device multinationals like Novartis and Alcon as well as founding, running, and exiting a successful life sciences start-up venture. In 2017, Mark founded Life Sciences Consulting where he works with life sciences start-up companies, guiding their seed and early-stage fundraising, strategic thinking, financial forecasts, commercialization plans, pitch decks, communication skills and building teams and cultures. Mark is also a Sessional Lecturer at the University of Toronto and serves as Board Chair for Life Sciences Ontario. Mark holds a BA from Western University and an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management and the Schulich School of Business.
